Together with Foxhole, we modified the habits of the staff and encouraged them to interact more with the customers, not just at the bar, but online as well. They have since developed much stronger digital bonds with the customers, and have played a role in improving the busineses overall marketing and promotion efforts. Customers have developed a loyalty not only to the bar, but to the bartendes, and special events, specials and other exclusive offerings are more effectively distributed through the social channels that each staff member has developed over time.
